    Beersmith 2 lost recipe (beersmith noob)

    Solved. The problem was I was modifying previously made recipes that I had downloaded. If I create a new recipe from scratch and then click save as it goes into my "my recipes" folder. Any downloaded ones don't get saved over. Really weird functionality, but I'll have to keep that in mind next...

    how much DAP to add to mead?

    I just put in a half-tsp of brewcraft yeast nutrient. It seems to be working because the airlock is bubbling once every 15 seconds and I only pitched it on saturday (my last 2 gal batch didn't bubble at all). Thanks for the recommendation on Fermaid K, I think I'll add that on my next brew.
