The king is dead, long live the king! Congrats to Bell's Two Hearted

Bell's recently increased their footprint (especially to Texas), which is what I'm assuming tipped it in their favor this year.

ISO: Listermann Team Fiona IPA FT: Texas/DFW Beer

I'm assuming they're doing six packs, so just one six pack would be fine. What are you looking for in return?

Help me design a Chocolate Orange Stout

if you're going to zest the orange yourself, avoid the white pith as much as you can. I tried an orange stout awhile back and the pith was overwhelmingly terrible and I don't believe i used too much. I would maybe even go as far as using orange extract or oil at bottling or secondary.

    New to brewing...lambics?

I would get quite a few brews under your belt before attempting a lambic. To even get the mash right, you need to be at least an intermediate level brewer (some all grain experience) to even understand what is truly going on during the process. I would be afraid that you would waste a year...

    Margarita Gose

I had recently created a Margarita Gose too, using a very similar method. If you want save a few bucks and can find it, use GoodBelly Lemon/Ginger SuperShots. They are about $1.50 each and contain 50B cells per Shot.

    Question About Sours

Milk the Funk is a great resource for brewing sour beer: http://www.milkthefunk.com/wiki/Main_Page Also, there are a few cheaper options out there than buying yeast/bacteria pitches from your LHBS. I've had good success using the probiotic GoodBelly shots. They're about $1.50 each.

    American or English Amber Ale

Per BJCP, an American Amber style is between 25 and 40 IBUs, where an English Dark Mild is 20 to 25 IBUs and a British Brown Ale is 20 to 30 IBUs. From this standpoint, it falls more in line with a traditional American Amber or a more bitter English style. That given, it depends what rally...

Suggestions for malt bill pale ale just what i got left-

With that much wheat I'd try and do a wheat beer of sorts, but your yeas limits you more toward the American variety. Found this recipe that might work using the WLP051 instead of the US-05: American Wheat (5 gallons/19 L, all-grain) OG = 1.052 (12.8 °P) FG = 1.012 (3.0 °P) IBU = 20...
