    Mash Question

    Harvest Question

    I have 2nd year Golding & they are dry but don't smell much like hops. They are starting to turn brown & I have picked a couple & tore them open they are loaded with lupin (?). My question is should I pic them & dry them before they turn to brown?:confused:

    Do you let grow up your trellis ? Should i only train so many bines to grow & cut off the rest or just let them do their thing & let all of them grow.

    New Hop Garden

    I transplanted my potted hops from last year into the ground. I made the garden 2ft X 9ft. Each one has 2 ft of area to grow. Do you think they will be to close together down the road?

    Last 2 Batchs SOUR

    What the Hell. The last 2 batches i did have turned out sour after fermentation. I use a plastic bucket. I can't see any scratches in it but assume there must be something. Should i not use it any more ? I think i may to glass carboy's from now on. Whats your opinion

    Sour Beer

    Why would my Blue Moon cloan beer have gotten so sour it is hard to drink? It was an all grain brew, let it in primary for 18 days. Racked to keg & carbed on this past saturday tryed it last night & it was sour as hell. Anyone have any ideas on what i need to do?

    Perlick Fauset

    I have a problem with my tap not shutting off when i push it closed. It doesn't seem to shut off it just keeps dripping. I have 3 of them & don't like how the feel when you push them closed. Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it?
