WaterLime Wheat - Trying to add a little kick.

I'm getting ready to brew a Boundary Waters Wheat from MW and noticed that the ABV on it is going to be kinda low. I plan on adding some Watermelon and Lime to it after a week in the primary. Assuming I get the highest SG and lowest FG it would be .044-.009, so I think my calculation would be...

    Deer Park Water Bottle's

I was getting ready to buy a 5 Gallon Better Bottle and noticed that they look almost identical to Deer Park Water Jugs. Has anybody ever used a 5 Gallon jug? And, if so, did the #10 stoppers work or do they need to be modified? I have access to Deer Park Jugs for free, thats why I'm asking.

    MW Noble Trappist

I brewed a Noble Trappist Kit from MW last night and my OG was approx. 1.050, does that sound right? The temp of the wort at the time was probably around 80-90 degrees, is there an adjustment I need to make, or does the 1.050 sound right? Also, what is a target FG?

What can happen (or not happen) if I used to little? I had a lot of activity for the first few days but it has calmed...

    Altbier Fermentation Finished?

I have a 5 gallon batch of altbier I brewed on Wed Dec 8th and pitched Wyeast 1007. The air lock went crazy for the first few days, now I have nothing. The temp on the therm strip on the bucket says 68-70 degrees. Should I be worried that the yeast has stalled?

Is 4 year old Blueberry Beer in a corny keg still good?

Is 4 year old Blueberry Beer in a corny keg still good? It has been under C02 pressure and I have not opened it up to check how it looks. I pulled the relief valve and it was still under a lot of pressure.
