    Forgot to seal fermenter

    Completed my first double batch but realized the next morning that I had not sealed one of my 6 gal bucket fermenters. Should I be worried about infection or anything esle adverse. The bucket was not properly sealed for abot 24 hours.

    Process question

    Is there any benefit to recirculating mash from cooler MT to boil kettle and back up to MT? I only loose a couple degrees over the hour but was thinking this might keep temps more even and possible help clear the wort. Or is this just more work for no gain?
