    Beer ingredient kits on-line vs. local store

    I buy everything locally. There is an awesome shop 5 minutes from where I live that has everything I need. Their prices are very competitive so there is no reason to go anywhere else but local for me.

    Just have fun with it. Get as in depth as you want to and learn as much as you can along the way. Lot's of great advice to be had here in these forums. I find most of my questions are answered before I get to ask them just by browsing daily. I agree 100% with the book recommendations above...
