    Should I hit my Trippel with some more yeast?

    Can't get the CO2 pressure right. What am I doing wrong?

    So I am in a bit of kegging hell. This is what I am getting with my Belfian Wit. It is sitting in a keg at ~50F. Tried pressures 15 to 25PSI. Running a 7 foot beer line and one of those adjustable flow Perilicks... No matter what I try, I am getting this foam milk. WTH am I doing wrong?

    Had bad luck with priming with DME. How to convert to priming sugar?

    I had bad luck with priming with extra light DME before, so I am bit reluctant to do it again. I am bottling my "ultra-IPA" (100+ IBU). Recipe calls for 300ml (1 1/4 cup) of Xtra light DME in 2 cups of water. What would be the quantities, if done with priming sugar?

    Should I buy Light or Extra Light DME in bulk?

    So I like brewing mostly "bigger" beers. Tripels, belgian ales, saisons, hoppy IPAs, and porters are my thing. I am thinking about ordering a big bulk DME for my next 3-4 beers. Should I just get Extra Light DME or downsize to orders of extra light, light, and wheat DME?
