    Irish moss and sediment question

    Does irish moss prevent, or reduce sediment in bottles? Will just a less amount of noticable sedument be in the bottles? I know it clears it up before the bottling, just wondering if this means beer can be drank directly from the bottle now?

    Proof needed infected beer cant make you sick

    Hello, so I am making a powerpoint presentation for a sponser, to show that infected beer can not make you sick. As long as it has some science explaining it and it needs to be from a decent source. Does anyone have a link, showing infected beer can not make you sick if you drink it? Thanks
