    yep in 12-18 days the aroma starts to diminish quickly but i watched a youtube video where a guy tasted the heady at 3 days and 71 days after bottling and he did find a very big diference

    Hi there! I usually dry hop my beers (5gal) with 3oz of cascade but i plan to use the same amount with simcoe hops that have higher aa%, what do your experience can tell me? Can i get a more bitter beer instead of flavourful and bigs aromas? Cheers!

    i think the reason for acidifying is to emulate the same beers ph i guess, i have food grade citric acid that i can use it, do you use the same ratio as you normally do with dry hopping?
