    How to fix regulator

    The sticker or paper facing on one of my dials has curled up inside the dial and interferes with the needle movement. Can the dial housing generally be taken apart? I will try to take a picture a little later. Thanks for the help.

    Good complement to Mosaic for dry hopping

    Did a 10 gallon batch of all mosaic DIPA. Dry hopped the first 5 gallons with 2 ozs of mosaic and really liked it. I would like to add maybe an ounce of another hop to the mosaic in the second 5 gallon batch. Any suggestions? I was thinking maybe simcoe but am open to suggestions. Thanks...

    BeerSmith - Menu Bar
