    Ice cider northeast

    I have some apples I was too busy to pick on the trees. I live in the northeast so they have frozen. Was looking to make ice cider. Is it better to pick on a cold frozen day or a warm day, pr wait until January or Feb when it's totally frozen.

    Cider with Brett

    I have a cider with the dusty white bulbly crust. It smells fine smelled vinegarery adcitic at begining forgot for a monthish and found this. I guess my washed yeast got infected? But it tasted good before the pellicile a month ago. How long do I let it sit with brett or secondary?

    Sweet wild beer

    I just tasted my first wild brew and it's sweet with a little funk. I didn't get a pellicle just wild yeast I caught. Dunno what it is could it just be estery? I guess it'll be good in my wires homemade wine coolers. I'll give it age and may need to catch again.

    dry hoping ipa

    i have a beer in primary it is my simple party beer light ale cascade hops 2oz, but my friend comes in 3 weeks from out of town and wants an ipa but i have no room to start for a couple days. If i put some warrior hops into the primary will this give an ipa flavor? I have 4oz and 13% alphas?

    New keg setup

    I was thinking of having a dual regulator with one leading to a 3 way co2 splitter for 3 kegs to be dispensed and then have the other regulator go to a keg for carbing. Any experience with this is this a good setup?
