    Crushed grain shelf life

    Never store grain in the fridge, its not good, Yeast always in fridge , hops too Cheers!

    Why not more interest in 10 gallon batches?

    X4, moved to 15 gallons batches for the regular tap (red,blonde, etc) Mostly doing 10g during week days

    Cascade shortage, solution here ->

    SOme of you knew theres a cascade shortage mostly everywhere. Im working in a canadian homebrew show and we received lots of canadian cascade pellets. Would anyone interested in ? Maybe I could have my boss to start shipping it..

    If youre dry hopping with whatever, taste it often to get the aroma you like. Max 2 weeks, after this delay you will start to have grassy note

    Lots of foam after force carbing

    Im carbing this way but letting them for 72 h instead 48, Thats the perfect way I found . 4 days at room temp. Should not overfoam, at how much psi are you serving?

    Adding coffee to my stout

    I did an imperial stout with cuban coffee but my GF says after my brew it was way lighter than Quebec Coffee ( not a coffee drinker ) So heres the story, Should I put milled grain in my stout for X hour or do a mash with hot water. Not having an expresso machine on hand. Cheers!

    I did one and added 2 beans without any soaking or sterilization . It was in secondary so the alcool prevented the infection

    High mash temp for IIPA.

    Everything is fine... youll get awesome result. presently drink one and soooo good ;) I won a gold medal too with what you did . Enjoy!
