What's up with Hops Direct? Are they not showing which year the hops were harvested anymore? Edit: Nevermind, they must've just added "*NEW 2012 CROP*" to the new ones. I'm sure they were bombarded with people asking which ones were 2012.

I'm curious to hear your results.

Based on the wide range of flavors that people report for hops, I'd assume that hops of the same variety have some differences in flavor year to year and grower to grower.

They are already sold out of chinook, amarillo, citra, and centennial pellets, but it looks like they added 2011 columbus pellets.

You'll end up with a dry cider with 0 remaining sugar. Is that what you want? There are plenty of people that like that. Including me! It will be a little bit young for a cider, and might have a tiny bit of undesirable yeast characteristics, but other than that, it will be fine.

No, the October code has a 10 in it. Change the 10 to 11 and there ya go!

Try changing the "10" (October) to an "11" (November).

I'm kind of confused as to what you think will happen... If you freeze and drain, you'll be pouring out all of the alcohol and sugar and you'll be left with bottles with chunks of ice in them that will be just water after they melt.

I think I was hooked before I even brewed. I wanted to brew beer before I started brewing, because I loved the idea of making good beers! Now that I've been brewing for 2 years... nothing has changed. I still love the idea of making good beers!

If everyone gets the discount, then that completely defeats the purpose of having discount codes. Do you think they should just eliminate the discount codes and give everyone the discount?
