Cheers All!! I bottled up a SweetWater IPA clone tonight. It finished out at 1.017 with 6.8%ABV. I tasted..well drank.. the hydro sample. It was frikkin good!! :tank: It's my 5th bottled batch to date and by far the BEST I've brewed. Can't wait till it's finished in the bottles!!

I must say, reading this thread is quite interesting. My wife is extremely supportive of my hobby. Asks me about how things are going as far the beers that are fermenting, or sitting in bottles conditioning and carbing. She even likes to ask me about the taste of the beers I've brewed. I'm a bit country so when I'm brewing I'll either watch some country music videos or set my iTunes to a mix of my favorite country singers and turn it on shuffle. Eric Church, Jamey Johnson, Randy Houser, Josh Thompson, Johnny Cash, just to name a few.

This may be kinda similar.. When I first started drinking homebrewed beer I would get gas very bad. From both ends and at times my stomach would get "tore up." However, my body/digestive system has grown accustomed to it and I rarely have any issues at all now.
