    Beer mug icon

I was just sitting here enjoying a few mugs of Cream of Three Crops when I noticed that my mug is EXACTLY the same mug used as the forums icon. I may also be a bit loaded.

Paulaner Oktoberfest...help me figure it out.

In using Beersmith I see that the SRM for the style is 7.0-14.0. The Paulaner that I just drank is MAYBE a 4.0...if not 3.0. Either way, I thoroughly enjoyed it and want to brew a Marzen that is similar and true to the origins of the style. Therefore, no Crystal malts. BYO's suggested recipe...

I run over and say "I have to have that sink!!" First he was going to charge me $100 for it...but it turns out that he is...

Hey folks, I finally received my new Barley Crusher and burners and attempted my first all grain batch yesterday. I chose Neal's Kolsch for the attempt and I must say I was pretty happy with the results. I hit 69% eff. which is pretty decent I think considering I forgot to stir the mash...

Good day all. I am located south of the Ottawa region and stumbled across this forum a few weeks back while searching for a giant brew pot. I used to brew extract/ specialty batches several years ago but I had stopped for various silly reasons. I was on the brink of going all grain at...
