    My fold up brew tree

This is my take on a store-able, modular brew tree. I wanted to be able to make it into nice small pieces for storing in my single car garage that also doubles as my metal shop/storage for my business/yard crap/whatever else. I decided that fold up legs were a must to reduce the storage...

    Did I ruin my bucket?

I had a stuck mash the other day. Really stuck. So I unfortunately came to the conclusion I had to dump the grain and water out so that I could clean out my braid. The only thing I had that would hold the whole mess was one of my ale pail fermenters. I wasn't even thinking about all the critters...

rubber coated pony keg for HLT?

I am about to make the jump to AG, and have a line on a miller rubber coated 7.5 gal. keg for a HLT. I am wondering if this is big enough for 5 gal. batches? I plan to use a 1500-2000w 120v electric element to heat it. I am figuring the rubber would take care of the insulation, and 7.5 gallons...

    to bottle or not

I have a brewers best red ale that has been in the primary 4 weeks. I have hit the FG I came up with in qbrew. The problem is, there is still airlock activity (couple bubbles a min). So do I bottle or let it sit another few days? edit- to compound the decision, I have a stout stuck...
