    full volume split boil extract

I've done Texas two step the process is solid but for me it's more convienant to do extract late plus cooling is so much quicker, either way the beer has been really good.:mug:

    full volume split boil extract

It's called Texas two step, when I do extract I do the extract late method. I do extract in the winter because of all the snow we tend to get makes it harder to do full boils outside pluss extract cuts my brew days in half in the winter.

    Pilsen light for most styles?

I've also Been experimenting with extract lately because of all the snow and I use Pilsen for all my light extract ales/lagers never used golden light but I will say your process has a lot to do with extract/favors. When I went all grain it was because of the extract twang which can be countered...

Does anyone brew "lagers" with ale yeast at ale temperatures?

I also do lawnmower beers all the time and always have a light beer keg on tap along with a darker on my other tap. I usually use us-05 or cry havoc with great results after a long cold storage "lagering" period. It's not a true lager but people who try my light beers can't tell the differance...

It has been used to dryout beers in the secondary Sri Lanka has a couple recipes that use it in the secondary on here I've never used it in an extract recipe but I can't see that being any different when it's at the point of going into the secondary? you can also use beano but that will dry it...

Can brewing process be split up into multiple days

I've mashed overnight tons of times with no ill effects, keep in mind you have to have a mash tun that holds temp well you can't let temp drop too much or that's when you start to have problems. I can mash overnight 11:00-5:00am with less than a 5 degree drop. Wrap your cooler in a heating...
