    I have none left, as far as apple cider flavored with berets, I brewed over 40gallons of cider this past fall, a few batches were flavored with dufferent fruits, I just made a 5 gallon batch of berry blend(black,blue, and rasberrys) just looking for new ideas that would finish out by June

    Topping off?

    Ok the past few beers that I have kegged had such a large yeast cake that when it came down to kegging them I only had 3.5-4 gallons, my question is can I add water then to bring it up closer to 5 gallons? Or just let it go?

    Adding cane sugar to boost ABV?

    Ok I've only been brewing for about a year, and the guys I brew with were sitting around wondering if you could add cane sugar to the brewing to boost your ABV? May be a stupid question but I haven't seen it in any recipes that I have read. Thanks for any input you guys can give.

    Ok making sure I do this right, when I back sweeten do I just add the splenda right to it or do I melt it in some water then add it?

    Ok I've read about people using paintball tanks for pressuring their kegs, can someone tell me how? That do I need to get to drop the pressure and connect it to a keg, I'm sure someone can walk me threw this, thanks you guys.

    I've got some apple cherry cider that's been sitting in a secondary for about a month with nearly no activity, could I bottle this in wine bottles or do I have to worry about it pushing the corks out?
