I am curious to what you did with the bottles and your results on this. I have had a streak of infected batches as well and think I have it pin pointed to the bottles at this point.

Brew more small batches and experiment with different styles and ingredients.

I am planning on trying this soon. I have been hearing a lot of positive reviews on it.

I usually just suffer through it, but am leaning towards smaller stove top batches inside this year when it gets really cold.

I would go grain mill and keg set up. I just got a grain mill and love it. Hoping for a keg system soon.

It was pretty depressing, it is coming along now. Bell's Two Hearted Clone, Ruination Clone are currently fermenting almost ready for dry hopping. Just bottled a saison and have a grapefruit pale ale, oberon clone and another pale ale planned for the next month.

Thanks to my thermometer all of the sudden being off by 5 degrees on the last 2 batches. I mashed at 147 on a bitter and a cream ale and ended up making to BMC clones. They taste just like BMC. I am hoping to push them off on some friends that enjoy that kind of stuff. I just wanted to vent...

I put off making the jump for a couple months, but when I did I wondered why I didn't do it sooner. It helped me to lay out everything on a sheet of paper so I didn't forget anything. After I was done with my first AG batch I couldn't figure out what I was nervous about to begin with.

I had it in Hawaii a couple of months ago and agree it is great and I would love to try to clone it as well.

I was able to find this on a bottle of it. 8.0% ABV 4.5L 2 row pale malt, malted white wheat, Belgian candy sugar, cherries, magnum bittering hops and sterling flavor hops.

Has anyone brewed a clone of Southern Tier Cherry Saison before? Google didn't yield anything worthwhile that I could see.
