    Too long in Secondary ????? Help

    My blond ale has been in my secondary in a cool spot with no sun for 3 months longer then it should be. I wsas going to prime and bottle tonite any thoughts will it be OK ???????

    No its good old bottled distilled water , I always use and it is a blond ale that we took the IBU'S down a peg to try and do 3 bottles of plain Blond Ale , Blueberry Blonde and Rasberry Blonde, I hope to bottle tonite after the heat drops abit

    I did rack to Secondary it is pail in dark area at about 60-65 degrees. Let it sit how long? Before bottle? Corn Sugar or DME ?

    I added Molasses

    I added 2oz of Molassees to my boil for a 5 gallon Porter-Mix.Femented strong for 3 days then stopped all together.I am going to transfer as it has been a week.Did the Molasses do anything to hurt my brew????

    1 Year Old Yeast ???

    What can I do with my packet of liquid yeast that has been refridgerated for almost a year now? Do I try it or scrap it. Was gonna use it with a all liquid malt Porter 5 gallons and also pitch a dry yeast pack with it? Would this work???
