Got an IPA with Grapefruit peel, went a bit big on the grapefruit, was a bit sour going into the fermenter. Just dry hopped today and we will see in a week or so.
Good info, I am learning about the fermentation. I seem to get to about 1.020 on my bears. Just built a ferm chamber and did a pumpkin spice stout and started at 1.050 and in 2 days was at 1.021, now 3 days later only at 1.020.
Has anyone been able to get a hold of the Brewtronix people? Their site says they are closed until the fall, we are almost to winter. I have emailed many times and nothing. I guess it is time to look at alternatives. Any recommendations that won't break the bank?
Great labels, A buddy showed me Canva, it has templates and he makes them the old fashioned way on a printer, pretty easy he says. I have not tried yet, but it's another option.
