Hello from Hungary

I thought I had posted in this forum, but I guess not. I am an expat working in Hungary and been brewing here for about 4 years. The Micro / Nano brew scene is really booming here. We have a small group here from all over the US and Europe. Been getting my all grain working out and getting more people into brewing and tasting beer.

How hard is it for you to get ingredients? And is there a huge price difference?

I have a future opportunity to go to Hungary with my company long(ish) term and have been wondering what the homebrew scene is like.

Welcome. I worked in Gyongyos from October 2013 through January 2014 and spent my weekends in Budapest. I treated the guys at Csak a Sor (spelling?) with American IPAs I hauled over with me to share. Good times.

Yea I know the place in Budapest, they have most everything we need or we bring it back from the states
