    Brewing bucket

    I am just about to syphon a brew into the bottling bucket with the priming sugar then to the bottle. Is it safe to use the bucket for a new brew to ferment in straight after or should i sterilize again?

    Kegging without priming sugar

    I am nearly ready to keg a brew,and i will not be using any priming sugar for it as i have a good good co2 supply to carbonate. Can i just keg,then place it straight into my garage/bar room,for 2-3 weeks at a temperature of about10c ban:(as the yeast dont need to do any more work)? Hopefully...

    Happy Sundays!!!!!!!!!!

    Just finished carving the beef for dinner(huge joint as there are ten of us). Chose to have the first pint from my Almondsbury Ale:tank: ,it has been sat in the keg for 11 days indoors and a few days in the Chiller(garage:D ).Taste heavenly....now for a good family dinner and plenty HB:rockin:
