    Double Fermentation?

    So I made a batch of wheat beer that I plan on being Peach Wheat ... After 2 weeks in Primary, I racked onto 5lbs of peaches to sit for another 2 weeks before kegging ... My question is, the fructose in the peaches seems to have started a second fermentation ... How will this work out...

    Ok stupid question time ... If I want the same Guiness Stout Nitro head ... Do I just carb up my Stout on 100% Nitro ... Just fill my CO2 tank with Nitro ... Or do I need both Nitro and CO2?

    Best way to add Chocolate

    Young's Double Chocolate Stout

    Ok ... so I have been waiting a while to try this beer ... so today I found a pub with a few cans ... Don't get me wrong it was a GREAT stout, nice taste and mouth feel ... However ... Chocolate, I got NOTHING ... Very very disapointed in that part ... It was not much more then a Guiness Clone...

    Batch Sparge

    Do you always Sparge with 168-170 F. water? ... Sorry for the stupid question ... Just learning about AG and seems like every thing I read says to use this temp range. (Guessing it is to stop the enzyme process)

    BEERSMITH - How to adjust amount?

    New to BeerSmith ... I have a recipe I created and want to now adjust it for efficiency % so it will adjust the grain amounts I need to buy for my Grainbill. (I want to buy a little more grain to make up for lower efficiency) Right now I have it set to 4 lbs of pale and 4 lbs of wheat at 72%...

    Vanilla Stout

    Keg Priming

    If I am going to set and forget my keg for 1 week on 10 PSI ... Do I still need to Prime with Corn Sugar? ... I know if I am force Kegging I don't have to ... Was not sure with Set and forget. :drunk: Also should I add some Honey for head retention ... if so how much?

    First Brew

    Does this look normal? First photo is 1 day after brewing the secound is 5 days later ... The head is gone but I can still see a lot of activity in the carboy (churning) ... Is this normal? (Sorry in advance for being a Newb) :drunk:
