    Priming Today... Can I use 1 Can of Juice?

    Add Lactose at Secondary or Bottling?

    Fermented at 58 for a week... good or bad?

    I brewed a raspberry cider (my first cider) on the 19th... it was bubbling away at a rate of about one per second where I usually ferment my beer (about 65 deg F)... nothing fierce, but steady. I never really thought about it when I left for vacation on the 24th and turned the thermostat way...

    Gelatin in Secondary AND Cornie?

    Would it be overkill to add gelatin when racking to the secondary.... give it a few weeks, and then add gelatin a second time just after cold crashing but just before racking to the cornie? I've got a cream ale in the primary, and I want to see how down right perfectly clear I can make it....
