    Dry Hopping & Kegging

    I'm doing an American Amber which calls for 1oz of cascade in the secondary. I plan to keg it once it has aged. I've heard of problems using dry hopped beer in kegs, where the hop leftovers clog the lines. Is there a good way to contain the hops when I rack? Any suggestions? Thanks!

    Is tap water sanitary?

    If I am brewing extract, and I do a 3 gallon boil, then top up with filtered tap water in the fermenter, is there a risk of infection from the unboiled tap water? Thanks!
