    Something slightly different?

    Two weeks ago I decided to try making something off the wall - the recipe consists of apple juice, light DME, S-04 and some strong ass earl grey tea... It smells absolutely wonderful at week 2... I'll post a full recipe if it actually comes out decent. stay tuned.

    after racking my Mead what do i do to fill headspace to replace racking losses? in ciders I wouls simply top up with juice. with mead I'm not sure what to do.
