    If I were shooting for a PH of 5.3 at 150 degrees, (conversion temp.) What PH would mash need to be at 120 degrees ? (protein rest temp.) Thanks.

    Super EZ mill hopper extension.

    When to add brown sugar?

    I'm making a northern brown ale tomorrow and recipe calls for 2 lbs of Dark brown sugar (for 10 gallons). Does it matter when I add it as long as it's 15 mins. or so before end of boil, or should I add it to BK while sparging? Thanks, RK
