Propane manifold size

I am mid stand build and I am wondering what size pipe I should use for the propane manifold. (1/2"-3/4" 0r 1") ? I am going to use 3 http://www.bayouclassicdepot.com/bg10_cast_iron_burner.htm
about 18" apart.
Also does anyone have any ideas on Regulator size. I have a pile of 10 psi's but was thinking of going for a 20.

I run the same burner on my brutus with 3/8 pipe and they work fine. I use one adjsutable reg feeding the line and set that to about 15psi. You rarely need more as all three burners are not going full tilt.
