Bottling a quad - add yeast?

I have a quad that is ready to bottle after 2 weeks in primary and 5 weeks in secondary. Not only is this my first quad, it is my first time using T-58 yeast. My question is whether I should add some yeast when bottling. OG was 1.090, FG 1.020, ABV 9.1%.

    Fix for cidery taste?

Cracked a red ale made from a Brew Canada kit a week ago, sampled again today. It has been in the bottle for 4 weeks. The beer tastes thin and cidery to me, not offensive, but certainly below my expectations. I added only dextrose, per the kit instructions. Today I cracked an IPA from a...

Thommas Coopers IPA - Dry Hopping?

Fairly new to this "sport". Tonight I dropped a Thomas Cooper's IPA into the primary. Used 454g Munton's Spraymalt Plain Light and 800g of dextrose. Temperature adjusted OG is 1.043, so I am hoping for ~ 5% ABV. I pitched the Coopers yeast in the kit. I like hoppy beers and I was wondering...
