    Dont shoot down the pick axe. I think its great. I enjoy the fact that it has very little hop addition and I think it tastes great! Craft beer is exactly what it is. A craft. If you dont like it, dont drink it I guess.

    Ya, still no fermentation going on. Im pretty sure this batch is screwed. I goi g to dump it and start a new one. Idk what happened. Nothing is rolling around in my carboy like it should be. There is no fermenting whatsoever. Could i re pitch yeast into it?

    beer carbonating or not?

    When i made the batch i added a little too much water. The alcohol content was 3%, box says 4%. I dont think i messed anything up. There is just very little carbonation. I have a raspberry lemon wheat that is ready to bottle. I will try that on, its 8.2% alcohol.

    Thanks for the info. I did notice that my beer is still fermenting so im pretty thrilled. Just have to wait at least 2 weeks now before bottling. Going to make a batch of wheat beer next. Possibly add some orange zest. Idk any suggestions?
