    I love PBR.

Here in Philadelphia we have a thing called the City-Wide Special. We have a bar here called Bob & Barbara's that is a Shrine to PBR. Here is a great link to the story. I thought you guys would enjoy it http://www.philadelphiaweekly.com/drink/features/Ever-Wonder-Where-the-Special-Came-From.html

    parti gyle nut brown

I love the whole concept of this brew style. I am going to brew a pretty stiff Barleywine this weekend and the grain bill is about 30lbs for a 5.5g batch. There has to be a nice Mild Ale left in that much grain. I plan to brew to the 5.5g going into the fermentor and remashing the grains for a...

    Canning wort

If space is your underlying issue then you should probably think about doing all-grain stove top 1gallon batches. This makes a helluva superior beer and you can experiment your butt off. I bought the supplies for 3 1gallon batches and I made a Jalapeno Saison that was amazing. This is a great...

how long does it take others to bottle a 5 gallon batch?

Grolsch 15.2oz swing top bottles is where it's at. Swing tops are way worth the investment. The bad thing is recollecting your bottles back. I keep brown 12oz bottles on hand if i am taking them to an event. I hate capping and it is sometimes iffy if you don't get a seal. I just elevate my...
