    Yeah I sent them (ohnishi) an email a couple of days ago and haven't heard back from them. Fingers crossed I can get it from them

    Just a quick FIY. If you buy your base malt from Asahi they are not selling to the public any more. I tried to order the other day and couldn't get base malt

    You should be fine. From what I've read Kveik is better under pitched.

    Will depend on how much you Collected. And if your storage collecting was all sanitised before hand. But in Short yes you can re-use. I re- pitch slurry all the time

    Favorite Yeast for making a Marzen?

    I've used both S-23 and w-34/70 but I seemed to like the 34/70 better but I'm sure there are some better yeasts. These are the only ones I have used.
