    Final volume into fermenter always off

    Weiner heavy

    Odd pale ale ish any thoughts how it might turn out

    I'm brewing a pale ale kinda Currently have a bad cold and the thought of fruity beer sounds good. 5 gallon 5# 2 row pale 5# golden promise .5 oz Galaxy 15.4 60 mins .5 oz Galaxy 30 mins 1oz Galaxy 10 mins Mangrove jack's Bavarian wheat yeast! Other than why, any thoughts ?

    philadelphia here

    it's been a long night brewing. it's pretty intense when you get going....i've been doing the all grain style only and love the aromas and evertything. i would like to know if anyone has harvested wild stout yeast in the philly area as i'd like to start a yeast bank this side of the pond...
