    Orbital table DIY build

I found your plans, modified them a bit, and came up with this: Since the video, I've added some diagonal braces for support. I still have some prettying up to do and some spill-proofing. The ball transfers were just too loud, so I decided to hang the deck from cables. I used a...

Colorado Pueblo / SE CO - All-Grain Complete Setup

Osmo, the star san is a full bottle. It would cost me more to ship than I'm asking for it. Rhythm, my boil kettle is an aluminum turkey fryer (kettle + burner = $40, new @ Walmart, it's never seen a turkey). I'd let the kettle, burner and two propane tanks go for $60, locally. I...

Label law for a commercially sold bottled product

It's Kombucha. Why would anyone be worried about cleanliness? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kombucha "Drinking kombucha has been linked to serious side effects and deaths, and improper preparation can lead to contamination."

    Ok bottle bomb experts.....

Did you mix the sugar into the beer evenly? If not, the unequal distribution of sugar would have led to some bottles being more carbed than others. That could explain what you observed, no? If course, you'd have had to do the same thing to both batches. If you're 26 batches in, then you...

    Racking Question

Welcome to the forums! I wouldn't think twice about carefully racking it. Of course, I'm usually technically wrong, so don't listen to me. Somehow, the product always ends up very tasty anyway. Something about a special providence for drunkards, fools, and the United States of America, I guess.

    I guess not. Wow, that's a bummer.
