    Pre-Smacked' wyeast smack pack

    Siphoning away from hops into bottling

    So as many have said on the forum, secondary isn't necessary. So I threw the dry hops right on in and after about a week. I'm ready to bottle! Is there tips or tricks to make sure you don't get the hops? I don't have access to cold crashing. Thanks!

    Help! Cooling in water bath after boil

    I am making a basic wheat extract kit and when cooling I got this gathered cloud of wht I think is malt extract When pouring into my primary should I bring the cloud for more sugars or try to leave it with the trub? This has never happened to me before and usually sinks to bottom Thanks!
