    How I understand it and I just started to also.research this, is Yes your first wort will be single infusion no sparge until u hit your target pre-boil volume 3.5 gallons to get an OG of 1.080 (not to confident on the OG ). Than to get your second wort you sparge to get your second target...

    I like the recipe when I use citra I do do a 60 min addition for bittering say half an ounce or 1 ounce (i go for about 70ish IBU's but that's me) I hear Mosaic is fantastic I have used motueka to dry hop with citra and they blend together great good luck looks like a winner to me
