    Favorite Base Grain????

    Obviously I know to many it depends on style, but I was just wondering, what is everyones overall favorite base grain? The couple beers that I have used Maris Otter in have tasted so much better going into the fermenter then the others. Does anyone use this as almost a staple base grain?

    My First AG Pour!! (APA)

    It's much lighter then the picture shows, and is without a doubt the best beer I have ever brewed. Just a simple APA.

    What Temp Do You Like Your Beer To Drink???

    Cracked open an APA that I brewed six weeks ago. I noticed it tasted much more full and actually better after it sat for a bit as opposed to real cold out of the fridge. Made me wonder if anyone else noticed this with their homebrews.

    Efficiency Way Low!!!

    How Long Does It Take a Camden Tablet to Remove Chlorine and Chloromine?

    I want to try to make my next batch of beer from using my tap water. It tastes fine, I dont really smell chlorine, but wanted to treat it to be sure.

    Water for Stout recipe question??

    Is bottled spring water ok to use to brew a stout, or should I add anything to it. I know eventually I need to tackle water chemistry, but all I been really focusing on is technique since switching to AG. I have brewed 3 AG batches now and have just used bottled spring water. Thanks.

    Using Gelatin, and Bottle Conditioning????

    Sat Night Brew Begins!!!

    Are the high temps caused by the fermentation itself ever taken into consideration?
