    Induction biab

    Tested out my 50 dollar max burton and things have been smooth for the price 2.5 gallon black IPA boil not as strong but good enough did not take as long either but some insulation should make it even faster. All in all for 100.00 basement brewery not bad plan to add pump and plate chiller to bench.

    Induction BIAB Question

    I have been searching high and low and cannot find anything on this but I read somewhere that PID will not work with an induction cook top, my question is would recirculation be reasonable without a pid controlling the temp?

    Got my Max Burton Induction cooker today tested a gallon boil on it was alot faster than I expected took about 20 minutes with Cold water. Will be doing 2.5 and 3 gallon Biab batches. Only thing now is if I am going recirculate it or not.
