    After Bottling...

    1) Should the bottles be standing or resting on their side? 2) Placed in a fridge or kept out at room temp, which in my basement is a consistent low 70s? 3) Keep bottled 2 or 3 weeks before serving? Thanks in advance. I'm sure I'll be posting more questions. CHEERS!

    My directions mention I can either use water or vodka. Vodka? Why vodka?

    Boil Pot?

    New to the brew, here... Trying to decide between buying a 4 gal stainless pot and using my gas stove top, or spending a little bit more for a turkey fryer...would love any insight.
