    adding honey after done fermenting

    just curious to know what would happen if beer that was done fermenting were to be put into a secondary fermenter with 1 lb of honey to continue the fermentation would anything negative come out of this?

    Same Grav reading since day 3 its week 2 now

    yep thats right grav reading on day 3 was 1.31 now 2 weeks later 1.3 i know i under pitched and been keeping it between 65-72 degrees there is plenty of yeast floating around more so on week 2 than 1st week idk whats going on its my first batch can i get some help

    Day 3 No Krausen?

    i brewed everything perfect cooled it down in about an hour and added the yeast(Wyeast #3942XL Belgian Wheat Yeast) at 72-75 degrees and shook it up for about 30 seconds. and ive been keeping it at a constant of 68-70 degrees room temperature. the airlock was bubbling at a good rate 12 hours...
