Estery means the yeast produces a lot or esters, which are generally fruity in aroma/flavor (apple, pear, plum, banana, bubble-gum).

Low phenol means the yeast doesn't produce a lot of phenols, which are generally spicy in aroma/flavor (pepper, clove)

So this particular yeast will produce a lot of fruity flavors but not a lot of spicy ones.
