    Grapefruit ale

    I'm making a grapefruit ale recipe. The last one I made was pretty good, but I just had a Whistler Grapefruit, which has grapefruit and coriander. Would I use grapefruit rinds ground up, juice, or pulp to "dryhop" the secondary fermenter?

    New wort chiller - can't close the pot lid

    So, I made a wort chiller from free stainless 1/2" tube. Is it an issue that I can't cover the pot while cooling? My first batch cooled nice and quick, in 15 minutes, but I'm not able to put the pot lid on due to the design. Redesign time, or no problem??
