    The switch from 5 to 10 gal BIAB

    I can do 11 gallon BIAB in my 15 gallon kettle using a sparge/rinse/top off step pre-boil. I do get a little lower efficiency and this is not "full volume" BIAB but it works well. Having a ratchet pull above the kettle is key for larger batches of BIAB IMO.
