    Step by Step for recipe, please....

    Looks like I will most likely stick with a Pilsner Malt extract (DME or LME) to start with, just looks easier at this point. I am sure an all-grain recipe will taste better in the end, but for now we will just keep it simple with the extract method. I can get my hands on Pilsner DME and LME...
