The freezer is an old Frigidaire, 5+ sq ft. freezer. Probably could have gone with an 8" collar. It's on 1" casters so I can roll it in and out of it's designated spot in the bar.

I kinda thought about the sanitizing after the batch. I just did my 2nd and didn't sanitize after, but read some places where it was "the routine." OxyClean is more cost efficient right? Just want to get a good routine in place. Thanks for the help.

Not sure how, but the very top of mine broke. Was getting ready to wash it, and seen it busted, All the readings are still visible. I rolled up some paper towel, stuffed it in the broken end, then taped it up. This should still work fine, shouldn't it?
