Cream Ale Potsville Common - Yuengling clone

I really think it was spot on. If I rebrewed it, I would consider a Kolsh yeast as I have found it be an ale yeast that most think is a lager.

Amarillo, Cascade, Columbus, Summit, or Centennial

It's hard to argue with Amarillo but a big does of cascade in the dry hops of an IPA is still so killer good.

    Evil 3 (Cubed) Triple IPA

Experiment with first batch? Adding citrus flavor to a pale lager

I agree with others that if the citrus oil is indeed oil based, you don't want it near your beer. I like the idea of some citrus hops added toward the end (or right as you pull the wort off the heat). Amarillo (aka Amarillo Gold), Ahtanum, Cascade, Centenial, Simcoe, or Summit all sound good...

Coffin Keezers...how tall is too tall?

How tall are you? Or better yet, what is the average heigth of the people pouring the beer? I would think a person of 6' or taller would not have a problem with a 46" bar. Someone under 5'8" probably would.

At Whits end - slight apricot flavor in everything I brew

Fruity aromas and flavor are often signs of yeast strain. You might be under pitching. But I'm going to guess that it is temp. If fermented too warm there are all sorts of off aromas from fruit (apricot in your case) to solvent. So, temperature would be my guess.

    Words and phrases I hate

"Here's the deal." or "What you have to understand is ..." Both are ways of talking down to someone and I hate it. "To be honest with you." To me this implies that one was not being honest with me before this. Hate it.

What do I do with my grains?

I had heard that spent grains were not good for horses. Cows and chickens are ok but I was told horses don't digest them very well and can get bound up in their digestive track.
