    No head?

I was drinking my first home brew beer over the weekend, and I've realized, there's no head! It seems to be carbonated but...no head. Is head related to carbonation? What's the problem? Thanks!

If it was going to blow up...when?

Does it ever happen that the wort blows off the lid of the fermenting bucket and makes a mess? When and why? And, if the bottles of beer were going to explode, when might that happen? Within days of bottling?

Hi! I'm a beginner, never brewed before. I'm going to start brewing with extracts because that seems to be the usual advice, but I'm already thinking to the future and all-grain brewing. I was wondering: what are the differences (in process) between all grain and extract, and what is the special...

    Brew Pot Question

I'm new to brewing and have not yet started my first batch. I'm just finishing collecting the materials I need to get started. I have most of the supplies I need at this point, but I haven't bought a brew pot. We have a huge stainless steel pot at home already, but I have some concerns about...

    hello!

Hi everybody! I'm new to this forum and new to brewing. Actually, I became interested in beer brewing about 8 months ago, after several years of baking my own bread. After going through the fermenting process bread and maintaining a starter for my sourdough, I realized that fermenting things is...
