    Combing 2 yeasts for a RIS?

    Well, I'm planning on brewing a RIS on Black Friday and I'm about to get a starter going. I have 2 vials I'm wanting to use up, white labs Irish ale and also the super San Diego. Would it be a BAD idea to maybe combine these 2? I'm up for some experimenting.

    2009 Hop Harvest

    Harvested most of our Cascade hops the other day, they ended up drying to about 14 oz. We hope to get another harvest before it's all said and done with. These are 2nd year plants and really kick out some hops!

    Extra keg to fill

    I've got an extra keg or two to fill for a party. I already have lots of homebrew in other kegs for it and was looking for some suggestions. We usually do margaritas or something of that nature, and I was thinking about kegging them pre-mixed. What has everyone else done?
