fermented 10 days at 68 dg. crash cooled for 2 days. kegged@ 11 psi for 6 days. beer seemed nicely carbed. drank this all Labor day weekend. wish I had another 5 gallons for when this runs out, but I'm fermenting a Hefe right now. when it's done another batch of this is next.
